MAWJA is an independent and unofficial app for listening to Moroccan radio stations. MAWJA is not an official app of SNRT, is not affiliated with HACA, and is not affiliated with any Moroccan radio station. MAWJA does not represent any station and does not speak on its behalf. It is an independent project created by its own developer. MAWJA is an independent, unofficial app and has no official relationship with the radio stations shown or with the institutions that own them.
Station names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. MAWJA uses them only to identify stations and let you choose them. MAWJA does not claim ownership of any audio content, programme or music. Broadcasting and content rights remain with their owners.
Audio is delivered through external streaming links. MAWJA does not produce radio content. Availability and quality depend on the external sources: stations may stop or change their links. The developer tries to keep the links up to date but does not guarantee that every station is available at all times.
MAWJA is for personal listening. You must not use it for any unlawful purpose, nor try to disrupt the app or abuse it in a way that harms its services or the stations' servers.
MAWJA does not control the content produced and broadcast by external stations; when you listen, you receive it from the stations' own sources. The app is provided as is, without promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

MAWJA n'est pas une application officielle de la SNRT, n'est pas affiliée à la HACA et n'est affiliée à aucune radio marocaine. MAWJA ne représente aucune station et ne parle pas en son nom. C'est un projet indépendant créé par son propre développeur. MAWJA est une application indépendante et non officielle, sans lien officiel avec les radios affichées ni avec les institutions qui les possèdent.
Les noms, marques et logos des radios appartiennent à leurs propriétaires respectifs. MAWJA les utilise uniquement pour identifier les stations et vous permettre de les choisir. MAWJA ne revendique aucun droit sur le contenu audio, les programmes ou la musique. Les droits de diffusion et de contenu restent à leurs titulaires.
Le son est diffusé via des liens audio externes. MAWJA ne produit aucun contenu radio. La disponibilité et la qualité dépendent des sources externes : les stations peuvent s'arrêter ou changer de lien. Le développeur s'efforce de mettre les liens à jour mais ne garantit pas que toutes les radios soient disponibles en permanence.
MAWJA est destinée à l'écoute personnelle. Il est interdit de l'utiliser à des fins illégales, de tenter de perturber l'application ou de l'exploiter d'une manière qui nuit à ses services ou aux serveurs des stations.
MAWJA ne contrôle pas le contenu produit et diffusé par les stations externes ; lorsque vous écoutez, vous le recevez depuis leurs propres sources. L'application est fournie en l'état, sans promesse de disponibilité ininterrompue. Rien dans ces conditions n'exclut une responsabilité qui ne peut pas l'être selon la loi applicable.

MAWJA تطبيق مستقل وغير رسمي للاستماع إلى الإذاعات المغربية. MAWJA ليس تطبيقاً رسمياً تابعاً للشركة الوطنية للإذاعة والتلفزة (SNRT)، وليس تابعاً للهيئة العليا للاتصال السمعي البصري (HACA)، وليس تابعاً لأي إذاعة مغربية. MAWJA لا يمثل أي محطة ولا يتحدث باسمها. هو مشروع مستقل طوّره مطوّره الخاص. MAWJA تطبيق مستقل وغير رسمي، ولا تربطه أي علاقة رسمية بالإذاعات المعروضة أو بالمؤسسات المالكة لها.
أسماء الإذاعات وعلاماتها التجارية وشعاراتها ملك لأصحابها الأصليين. يستعملها MAWJA فقط للتعريف بالمحطات وتمكينك من اختيارها. لا يدّعي MAWJA ملكية أي محتوى صوتي أو برامج أو موسيقى، وحقوق البث والمحتوى محفوظة لأصحابها.
يتم البث عبر روابط صوتية خارجية. لا ينتج MAWJA أي محتوى إذاعي. توفر المحطات وجودة البث يعتمدان على المصادر الخارجية، وقد تتوقف المحطات أو تغيّر روابطها. يحاول المطوّر تحديث الروابط لكنه لا يضمن توفر جميع المحطات طوال الوقت.
التطبيق مخصص للاستماع الشخصي. يُمنع استعماله لأي غرض غير قانوني، ويُمنع محاولة تعطيله أو استغلاله بطريقة تضر بخدماته أو بخوادم المحطات.
لا يتحكم MAWJA في المحتوى الذي تنتجه وتبثه المحطات الخارجية؛ فأنت تستمع إليه من مصادر تلك المحطات نفسها. يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو دون وعد بتوفر دائم ومتواصل. ولا يستثني أي شيء في هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يمكن استثناؤها بموجب القانون المعمول به.
